Rocky Mountain Shambhala Center - Colorado
Similar to Karme Choling (see above). Both of these centers were founded by
Ven. Chogyam Trungpa, Rinpoche and are now under the direction of his son,
Sakyong Mipham, Rinpoche.
Karma Triyana Dharmachakra - Upstate New York
The North American seat of H.H.Gyalwa Karmapa; various programs
taught by both resident and visiting teachers; also a monastery
and retreat center on grounds.
Tsegyalgar - Massachusetts
The Dzogchen Community. A small center in western Mass. but active,
with ongoing classes and quite a few visiting teachers.
Ligmincha Institute - Virginia
"...created to preserve the Tibetan Bon culture and teachings,
especially the practices of Dzogchen."
Naropa Institute - Colorado
A liberal arts college, founded by Ven. Chogyam Trungpa, Rinpoche,
with degrees available in Buddhist studies.
